Kvalitetssikring Danmark ApS helps you as a trade contractor and main contractor get control of quality assurance and O&M material. That way you can concentrate on building and let large parts of the administrative duties pass to us.
We simply help get your quality assurance data and documentation built and delivered exactly as agreed.
For example, we help create your DS1140 structural documentation for the load-bearing structures, your control plans, control reports and your A5 As built. We're also happy to do your quality assurance documentation and other functions within site management, including supervision, execution control, independent inspections or temporary cover in connection with illness or parental leave.
We collect and prepare your quality assurance and O&M material ready for handover to your main contractor, total contractor, project developer or investor.
Meet the team
The founder and day-to-day manager, Jack Lynge, is the driving force behind the company. His visionary attitude and urge to always be at the forefront ensure the company is always in continued development. In addition to the daily work on quality assurance projects, he of course takes part himself in the development of software, marketing and customer strategies.
He is strongly technically grounded within Danish construction and knows all the processes, norms and standards associated with it. The strongest card you can have in hand when the quality of your projects is to be assured.
Many years of experience as a craftsperson, constructor, project manager and main contractor have taught him the importance of having control of quality and, not least, documentation.
If you have control of your communication and documentation, and your 'pencil case is in order', you always stand much stronger in any disagreements that may arise.
Jack is a mark of quality in himself.
Many years of business experience focused on logistics, holistic thinking, process optimisation and management mean that tasks can be solved with the focus on quality and overview needed to give you as a customer the best treatment.
He loves challenges. Here in the company he'll focus on a simple and clear communication of new requirements and rules in construction that matter to you and your building. He has good, broad knowledge of the new sustainability requirements, the tightened requirements in DS1140, BR18 and whatever else affects the craft.
Like Jack, there is a strong focus on the importance of ensuring the right communication and documentation in your construction, so you can concentrate on the craft.
Bo's ability to build and maintain networks, as well as to communicate and convey to the people he works with, makes him a strong player in your tasks. There is always a focus on order and overview. He always strives to do a perpendicular job.
